Orders ship on the following Friday the order is placed.(Typically around 10 am UTC+10:00) We ship to any location that our providers are able to send out to. For more info check these links.
Orders may be shipped sooner if possible.
For local pickup please send us the best method of contacting you. If you do not pick up your order we will hold the order for one day and if it is still not picked up we will cancel the order and restock the items.
Customers are responsible for any relevant tax info on their orders/shipments (Example: Orders to the EU are subject to VAT) If you're ordering from outside of the US we recommend using our Etsy store for a simpler checkout process.
We do not offer refunds or returns unless there was an error in the system or our site. If your package is missing or defective please contact us at jc@ghostn.co and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Unless stated otherwise, each drop will not be restocked. You can get them while they're around but just remember that they won't be here too long.
If you subscribe to our emailing list then you'll be the first to know when something is dropping or coming back.
Please take a look at our clothing care page to make the most out of your purchases, especially if you bought an item that has external attachments such as quick-release belts, d-rings, velcro, etc. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient care for the products.
