Shipping Policy

Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that circumstances that are such as weather, high volume of orders, etc may delay shipping. If such a delay were to occur we will do our best to update you as soon as possible.

Locations

We are currently shipping to the US, Canada, Mexico, and Guam. If you'd like to place an order outside of these locations we recommend completing your purchase from our Etsy Store. International orders may be purchased here but we are not responsible for availabilities of shipping destinations, methods, and import duties/taxes. We apologize for the inconvenience, but as we grow we will be able to ship globally from our main store. Thanks for your understanding!

We offer free shipping on orders over $75!

 

International Shipping

Should you place an order on the main shop for an international order please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ghostn is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jc@ghostn.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept refunds or returns. We can exchange your order for another size within 7 days of receiving as long as the item is still in good condition. If there is a problem with the order not arriving or the order arriving damaged please contact us at jc@ghostn.co and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. For our full refund policy click here
